About Me

My name is Stefan O'Connell, and I've been a software developer professionally for 11 years now. I setup this domain as a way to try out new technologies, and host any personal projects I manage to find the time for. But after putting in lots of hours setting up a continuous deployment pipeline for the site, I didn't have much energy left to actually build it.

So for this job application, I decided to try putting my recent Typescript learning to use, and both stand the site up and check off my beer tracker project in one go. I won't cheat and use this to skirt the 300 word limit on why I want the job, but I hope you'll find my application convincing enough for an interview.
